Plant tissue culture, in its broadest sense, refers to the aseptic in vitro cultivation of all plant parts. A number of basic facilities must be present in any laboratory where tissue culture procedures are performed. General washing and medium preparation, sterilisation, storage, aseptic transfer, observation/data collecting, and environmentally controlled incubators or culture rooms should be included. Plant tissue cultures should be incubated for a specified amount of time at a specified temperature, humidity, air circulation, and light quality. For the creation of culture media, the plant culture technique necessitates a variety of organic and inorganic substances.
